Summary: Anchorage, Alaska – Meeting friends on the fairway and supporting Armed Services YMCA Alaska (ASYMCA) and Covenant House Alaska was the goal of 140 golfers as they participated in the first Alaska USA Foundation Fairway Friends Golf Tournament July 8 at the Anchorage Golf Course. The tournament brought business partners, credit union leaders and the community together to support these organizations.

In support of this, a $20,000 donation was made to Operation Homefront’s Critical Financial Assistance Program. These funds will be allocated equally in Alaska, Arizona, California, and Washington so Operation Homefront can provide direct assistance to military families in need.

Summary: ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, in partnership with the Municipality of Anchorage, hosted a vaccine clinic for employees on Wednesday, April 28. This allowed employees and their families access to the vaccine in a familiar setting, the parking lot of the Alaska USA headquarters. The clinic also provided an opportunity for community members to receive the vaccine on a walk-up basis. More than 55 vaccines were distributed during the eight-hour event.

In support of this goal, a $12,500 donation was made to Operation Homefront.
